1.目的 Purpose

 

为落实集团公司关于推进中央企业信息公开工作的相关要求,规范一汽奥迪销售公司企业信息公开工作开展,提高信息公开工作质量和水平。

In order to implement the relevant requirements of the group company on promoting the information publicity work of central enterprises, standardize the enterprise information publicity work of FAW Audi Sales Company, and improve the quality and level of information publicity work.

 

2.适用范围 Scope of Application

 

本办法适用于一汽奥迪销售公司在履行国有资产保值增值等职责过程中,依据法律法规、国家有关规定和集团信息公开办法,向利益相关方和组织公开的企业信息。

This system applies to the corporate information publicity by FAW Audi Sales Company to stakeholders and organizations in accordance with laws and regulations, relevant state regulations and group information disclosure measures in the process of performing duties such as maintaining and increasing the value of state-owned assets.

 

3.术语 Terminology

 

企业信息:是指一汽奥迪销售公司在履行国有资产保值增值职责的过程中,公开发布的以文字、图片、图表、视频等形式记录或保存的信息。

Enterprise information: refers to the information recorded or saved by FAW Audi Sales Company in the form of words, pictures, charts, videos, etc. in the process of performing the duty of maintaining and increasing the value of state-owned assets.

 

4.职责 Responsibilities

 

4.1 综合管理部 GM

4.1.1 负责牵头实施本办法,制定完善相关制度。

4.1.2 负责协调和督促落实信息公开工作。

Responsible for coordinating and supervising the implementation of information disclosure work.

4.1.3 负责公司官方网站信息公开版块的运营管理。

Responsible for the operation and management of the information publicity section of the company's official website.

4.1.4 负责公司概述、公司大事记、资质荣誉信息。

Responsible for company overview, company memorabilia, qualification and honor information.

4.1.5 负责招聘相关信息的提供和审核。

Responsible for the provision and review of recruitment related information.

4.2 市场与用户运营 MKT

4.2.1 负责奥迪品牌与产品信息提供和审核。

Responsible for providing and reviewing Audi brand and product information.

4.2.2 负责发布各部门审定后的信息。

Responsible for publishing the information approved by each department.

4.3 其他部门 Other department

4.3.1 根据信息公开工作推进需要提供相关信息。

Provide relevant information as needed for the advancement of information publicity work.

 

5.信息公开范围 Scope of Information Publicity

 

5.1 公司公开的信息内容,重点包括以下方面:公司概述、公司大事记、资质荣誉;招聘相关信息;品牌与产品信息和根据信息公开工作推进需要提供相关信息。

The information content publicity by the company mainly includes the following aspects: company overview, company memorabilia, qualifications and honors; recruitment related information; brand and product information and provide relevant information according to the needs of information publicity work.

5.2 下列信息不予公开:涉及国家秘密的信息,涉及商业秘密、个人隐私的信息;公开后可能会影响检查、调查取证、审议等执法活动的信息;可能对他人隐私和名誉构成侵害、对相关人员合法权益造成损害、对企业及社会的正常秩序带来影响的信息;其他法律法规规定不予公开的信息。

The following information will not be disclosed: information involving state secrets, information involving commercial secrets, and personal privacy; information that may affect law enforcement activities such as inspection, investigation and evidence collection, and deliberation after disclosure; may infringe on the privacy and reputation of others; Information that causes damage to legitimate rights and interests and affects the normal order of enterprises and society; information that is not disclosed by other laws and regulations.

5.3 拟发布的信息依照国家有关规定,需要请示并经上级批准的,未经批准不得发布;需要征得有关企业或机构同意的,未经同意不得发布。

The information to be released, in accordance with the relevant state regulations, needs to be consulted and approved by the superior, and shall not be released without approval; if the consent of the relevant enterprise or institution is required, it shall not be released without consent.

 

6.程序 Procedure

 

6.1 一汽奥迪官方网站是公司信息公开的主要载体,设置企业概述、社会责任、大事记、企业荣誉和招聘等版块。其他需要公开的信息,还可通过公司新闻发布会,官方微博、微信、报刊、电视台等渠道进行公开。

The official website of FAW Audi is the main carrier of company information disclosure, with sections such as corporate overview, social responsibility, memorabilia, corporate honors and recruitment. Other information that needs to be disclosed can also be disclosed through the company's press conference, official Weibo, WeChat, newspapers, TV stations and other channels.

6.2 信息公开坚持“谁形成谁公开,谁公开谁负责”的原则,提供信息的部门和单位确定是否是信息公开的主体,对本部门本单位形成的信息,要按照信息提出、审核、批准、发布的程序,对拟公开的信息逐条审核、逐级把关,确保信息的真实性、准确性、可靠性。

Information disclosure adheres to the principle of "whoever forms will make it public, and whoever makes it public will be responsible", and the departments and units that provide information determine whether they are the main body of information disclosure. 6.3 信息公开坚持“先审查后公开”的原则,提供信息的部门在公开信息前,要严格按照《中华人民共和国保守国家秘密法》《集团公司保密管理规定》及《一汽-大众信息资产保密级别及信息保密规定》等,对拟公开的信息进行保密审查,确保不损害国家经济安全、不泄露公司商业秘密。

6.4 提供信息的单位要履行信息公开提出、审核、批准、发布的程序,使用《官网信息公开材料审批单》经信息编制部门领导审批后,报送信息审核发布部门审核后发布信息。

6.5 对须公开的敏感信息,要提前制定预案,做好舆情监测及应对。提供信息的部门要对公开信息的影响和风险提前进行预判,制定相应的防范、化解和回应预案。
